Absolutely fantastic service from Mike, Tommy and the team. I was a bit unsure about committing to having the brickwork cleaned as we had a few things to budget for after we’d moved in.

Paul sent me lots of examples after the consultation and walked through the work with me in detail - really professional and friendly. Wendy always kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on daily. Mike and Tommy worked really hard and didn’t slack. I ended up having quite high expectations and the work far exceeded what I was hoping for. Thanks so much - really really appreciate the professionalism and trust as I have been burned by tradespeople in the past. I’m now looking to get the team to continue the work and repoint the brickwork when I have the funds.

We needed one side of our 200 yr old stone house repointed and Wendy organised everything for us professionally and quickly and was incredibly responsive to my many questions - Our lime pointing was scheduled for November and a few days in Storm Claudia hit and then temps dropped to well below freezing, so I had a lot of worries that Wendy reassured me on. Despite the weather challenges, the team worked flexibly around the weather and finished the pointing to a high standard and have done a great job. Will be returning to Cheshire pointing for the remaining 3 sides.

We would definitely recommend Cheshire Pointing. They are reliable and communucation is great. The work is to a very high standard and the guys took time to clean up properly after them each day.

Fantastic job by Mike and Tom who are both also very nice guys. Great communication throughout from Paul and Wendy who organised everything. Cheshire Pointing are not the cheapest but are definitely the best around. Highly recommended.

Quick update: I asked the guys to do my side wall and gable in addition, and again they did a first-rate job. The best in the business.

This is a company with old fashioned work values. The staff are courteous, and and queries are answered immediately; even at the weekends. The intended work was fully explained and all aspects of the job were carried out exactly as specified in the brief- nothing was missed or done to an inferior standard. The chaps arrived on time, did what they had scheduled for the day, and left with no mess left behind. They even cleaned my neighbours path and car of brick dust. This was their work ethic over the whole job, three days in total. I would certainly be recommending Cheshire Pointing.
